                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A HOLD HARMLESS 
                   AMENDMENT TO THE LEASE AGREEMENT WITH JAMES 
                   S. GOODLET AND RALPH C. GOODLET RELATIVE TO 
                   THE INSTALLATION OF A SATELLITE DISH AT THE 
                   OFFICE OF THE CHATTANOOGA-HAMILTON COUNTY 
                   AIR POLLUTION CONTROL BUREAU.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized a 
       hold harmless amendment to the Lease Agreement with James S. 
       Goodlet and Ralph C. Goodlet relative to installation of a 
       satellite dish at the office of the Chattanooga-Hamilton County 
       Air Pollution Control Bureau.
